While Pro Design has served global and local markets since 1989, in 2019 we launched Pira, our second in-house brand built for the online market and younger furniture buyers. Within two years it became the number one selling online furniture brand in Indonesia, a position held for five consecutive years. What are your standard payment terms?
Our standard payment terms are 100% Irrevocable L/C at sight, or T/T with a 40% down payment and 60% balance within 3 days upon receipt of shipment document copies.
What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

Do you support mix different items or SKUs in a single Full Container Load (FCL)?
Yes, we can accommodate up to 5 mixed SKUs within a single Full Container Load (FCL), subject to packing feasibility.
What sustainability and legal certifications do your materials hold?
SVLK/V-Legal and other certificate upon buyer request and agreement (i.e CARB P2, E1, EPA TSCA)
What is your lead time and development process?
For sample development, our timeline is approximately 1 week for quotation and 2 to 3 weeks for sample development after price confirmation. For production, lead time is 8 weeks for running items and 12 weeks for newly developed items.
What is your internal Quality Control (QC) process?
Our internal QC process follows AQL (Acceptance Quality Limit) Level 1 standards.
Can you provide ISTA drop-test certified packaging for e-commerce/mail-order businesses?
Yes, upon buyer request (i,e ISTA 3A, ISTA 3C, ISTA 2A, MOP)
Can we arrange a third-party factory audit or visit?
Yes, we welcome factory visits and would be happy to host you. Third-party factory audits and visits can be arranged upon request.
Are your prices quoted as FOB (Free on Board) or EXW (Ex Works)?
Our prices are quoted on FOB terms, exported from Surabaya Port.
Do you allow third-party inspection agencies to check the goods before we pay the final balance?
