One of the most critical stages in our production is quality control, implemented systematically from the moment materials arrive to the moment your container is loaded. We apply AQL, the internationally recognized inspection standard, across every order and every production run. Production Checkpoints
Every stage of our production has a dedicated quality checkpoint, so issues are identified and resolved within the process rather than discovered at the end of it. From material inspection through to final packing, each checkpoint is designed to ensure that nothing moves to the next stage until it meets our standard.
Final Check
Before any product reaches packaging, every panel is individually inspected and cleaned. Surface finish, edge banding quality, and dimensional accuracy are checked against the approved standard, and any panel that does not meet the benchmark is pulled from the line before it goes any further.

Every product is packed according to a structured packaging standard designed to protect each component throughout the entire shipping journey. Components are arranged in the correct order inside the box, optimized for assembly sequence, and secured to minimize movement and damage in transit.
