Nine cutting machines running simultaneously means panels move through sizing quickly and without bottlenecks, keeping our production line flowing at full capacity without sacrificing dimensional accuracy.
5 CNC Nesting Machines
Our CNC nesting software optimises every cut to minimise material waste, with five machines running complex shapes and components simultaneously so human error is reduced and output stays consistent at scale.
20 Edge Straight Machines
Panel edges are sealed and finished continuously without slowing the line, giving us the throughput to maintain clean and consistent edge quality across high volume production runs.
9 CNC Drill Machines
Every hole and every fitting position is drilled to exact specification automatically, and with nine machines running in parallel, drilling never becomes a bottleneck so every component comes out assembly-ready without manual intervention.
12 Through Feed Drilling Machines
Panels feed through continuously without stopping, with every hole drilled in precise sequence, and with 12 machines running together our drilling capacity matches the pace of the full production line with no manual handling required between steps.

We operate a large scale warehouse facility with storage capacity for up to 300 forty-foot containers simultaneously. Built to support our production volume of 120 containers a month, our warehouse ensures finished goods are organized, protected, and ready for export without delay.
