We hold SVLK certification and a Certificate of Conformity for Timber Legality Verification, confirming that all wood-based materials in our production are legally sourced and fully traceable. We are also CARB and EPA approved, and we source the highest grade particle board as our standard. SELECTING QUALITY MATERIALS
The first phase is material selection, where we work with suppliers whose processes and product quality meet Pro Design standards before anything enters our facility. Our primary materials are high grade particle board and MDF, chosen for their structural consistency, dimensional stability and compatibility with our wood-look finishing process, and every incoming batch is inspected upon arrival to ensure it meets the same standard we hold throughout production
MATERIAL INSPECTION
The next stage includes supplier evaluation, product testing both externally and in our laboratory, as well as routine checks on every incoming batch to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
